Heather Judy, Loan Officer and FSR, joined The Bank of Monroe in 2017. Heather has a degree in Business Administration and looks forward to expanding her knowledge with on the job training and attendance to The WV Banking School in 2021. With eagerness and enthusiasm, she is willing to go the extra mile to help you to meet your loan needs.
Evin is a graduate of Concord University, and has 6 years of lending experience, as well as operational management. Evin previously worked at Direct Sports Inc. and as an assistant football coach at James Monroe. He happily resides in Peterstown with his family. Evin’s familiarity with our community and it’s members gives him a great advantage in helping his customers. Dedicated and determined, Evin has been a great addition to The Bank of Monroe since early 2022.
Adam joined The Bank of Monroe in October of 2020 to serve as a lender in our Union office. Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bluefield State College. He spent five years in the pharmaceutical industry in sales, pricing and contracts, as well as four years in the automotive industry, specializing in financing and insurance. With family roots in Monroe County, Adam looks forward to meeting customers in our Monroe and Greenbrier markets and beyond, and simplifying the entire loan process to serve all of their consumer, auto, and real estate financing needs.
Knowing and understanding the needs of our communities, and striving to meet those needs are Todd Ramboldt’s main goals. Todd joined The Bank of Monroe in 2014 after working for three years in the Agriculture sector. He was recently promoted to Vice President of Lending, and was selected for the West Virginia Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Program. Todd can assist you in all aspects of lending, including agricultural, commercial, and consumer real estate and installment loans.
Cathy Pittsenbarger has worked in lending since 1988, beginning with consumer loans and advancing to real estate loans in 1990. As a loan officer for The Bank of Monroe since 2015, she assists our entire lending staff through the preparation, processing, and closing on real estate loans. Cathy can also help you with any loan need you may have.
Kim joined The Bank of Monroe in 2020, in a year of complete change Kim decided to follow suit and take on a new career path in the banking industry. Kim Estep is a native of Union, WV, where she grew up on her family’s dairy farm. Kim earned a Master of Business Administration from Marshall University as well as a Master of Exercise Science from Marshall University. She serves on the board of directors for many local non-profit organizations. Kim looks forward to sharing her love for the community with her customers and potential business partners.
Jake hails from Greenbrier County and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Glenville State. With a strong commitment to his community, he has dedicated many years to serving Greenbrier County schools, fulfilling roles such as assistant football coach at Greenbrier East, P.E. Teacher for Eastern Greenbrier Middle Summer Sole Program, and Student Support Specialist for Communities in Schools. Additionally, he actively volunteers in the community, offering assistance during the COVID pandemic, 2016 Flood Relief efforts, and with numerous other organizations.
Roger Caulkins, Vice President of Lending, joined The Bank of Monroe in 1997. Having attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, Roger serves as a mortgage loan originator, as well as a consumer and commercial lender in our Union office. With professionalism and determination, he can help you reach your goals with your loan needs.
Justin Windon joined The Bank of Monroe in 2018 and brings 7 years of experience in consumer and agricultural equipment financing. A 2008 graduate of West Virginia University, Justin’s main priority is helping you reach your long-term financial goals. Now serving as mortgage loan originator as well as consumer and commercial lender in our Lewisburg branch, he is here to assist you with any of your financing needs.
Debbie Parker, Assistant Vice President- Loan Officer and CSR, joins the Bank of Monroe with over 30 years of experience and knowledge in consumer and business lending, sales, and leadership in the Greenbrier Valley. Debbie is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and resides in White Sulphur Springs. Debbie can assist you with your banking needs and is excited to continue serving our community.
