Apple Users:
Search for “Bank of Monroe” in the App Store.
Look for the new red-and-white icon.
Most users will update automatically, but you can also update manually if needed.
Android Users:
Our new app is currently under review by Google and not yet available in the Play Store.
In the meantime, you can still access your accounts by visiting www.mybankofmonroe.com through your mobile browser.
We’ll share an update by email and social media as soon as the Android app is available to download.
Personal Accounts:
Username: Stays the same
Temporary Password: Your current username + the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (no spaces)
Example: jdoe1234
You’ll be prompted to create a new password upon first login.
Business Accounts:
Username: No changes
Temporary Password: Your current username + the last 4 digits of your business EIN
If your business is tied to your personal profile, you’ll see those accounts after logging in—no separate login required.
With our updated app, you can:
Check balances and view recent transactions
Transfer funds between accounts
Pay bills
Deposit checks with Mobile Deposit (available soon!)
Access statements and account info on the go
