Mobile Banking
EASY ACCESS…as simple as:

- Customer must be enrolled in Online Banking.
- Customer will go to the Play Store, Amazon for Kindles or the APP store for iPhones on their phone or tablet and install the Bank of Monroe Mobile application.
- Customer will enter the same user ID and password as they use for Online Banking.
- Checking account must be opened for 30 days before making a mobile deposit. Endorsements are required on mobile deposits:
“For Mobile Deposit Only, The Bank of Monroe”
Signature of all payees including business name(s) if applicable
Check(s) must be payable to you
- Customer will access online banking for SMS alerts and setting up or changing bill payee information.
- If you lock your account by using your phone, please log in to your online banking. It will take 24 hours from the last lock out to reset your phone due to security.
